Mr. Yeater has assisted attorneys on all phases of pretrial and trial practice, including the application of statistical analyses to evaluate causation, development of models to analyze economic damages, critique of analyses produced by opposing experts, and support for preparation of expert testimony. Recently, his life sciences work has focused on intellectual property disputes involving medical devices, antitrust claims regarding pharmaceutical products, and product liability claims for consumer health care goods.
