Carlton Wessel
Biography
Mr. Wessel has significant experience across a wide range of litigation, having practiced in both the private sector at DLA Piper and King & Spalding and in-house at Pfizer and Schering-Plough Corporation. Early in his career, he served as Assistant US Attorney for the District of New Jersey, during which time he received the Department of Justice Director’s Award for superior performance in prosecuting high profile political corruption cases. In his current role at Pfizer, Mr. Wessel is responsible for managing all of Pfizer’s litigation on a global level. This includes antitrust litigation, products liability cases, general commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, government investigations, and employment law. Mr. Wessel received his B.A. from Columbia University and his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School.
