Biography
Dr. Cremieux has a broad range of experience in health economics, antitrust, statistics, and labor economics. He has consulted to numerous clients in the United States and Canada and testified in bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Dr. Cremieux has served as an expert and supported other experts in both litigation and non-litigation matters on antitrust issues; general commercial claims; contractual disputes; and a number of labor-related matters in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, high tech, financial products, consumer products, and commodities. He has assessed the evaluation of damages on a class-wide basis in some of the largest class action matters in recent years. His scientific research in health economics, antitrust economics, class certification, and statistics has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, including the George Mason Law Review, the Journal of Clinical Oncology, The American Journal of Managed Care, the Journal of Health Economics, the American Bar Association Economics Committee Newsletter, The Review of Economics and Statistics, and Industrial and Labor Relations Review. Dr. Cremieux’s research has been cited in leading media outlets that include The Wall Street Journal and Forbes. He has frequently presented at leading health care, legal, and economics seminars on topics such as health economics, antitrust, class certification, and statistics, in both the United States and Canada. Prior to joining Analysis Group in 1997, Dr. Cremieux spent five years as a professor at the University du Québec à Montréal, and served as an adjunct professor from 1997 to 2018.
