Biography
Dr. Lu specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and statistical methods to complex litigation matters. She has conducted analyses of antitrust and competition issues across a range of industries, including health care, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. She also has supported experts on issues related to intellectual property and commercial litigation matters, including the evaluation of damages, commercial success, and injunctive relief in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Lu’s research has been published in the American Economic Journal: Applied Economics and the American Journal of Health Economics.
